Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, due to the nature of our services, we enforce the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice: No charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the total service fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: The full-service fee will be charged.

We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
